The hotel was quiet, very clean. Very convenient location and WELCOMING atmosphere in the whole property. Apart from that, Sunshine 60 Skyscraper was 10 minutes' drive away.

Very clean and cosy! The stuff assists You in everything You need. The district is rather silent, good place to have a rest without any city noise. The bathroom and toilet are personal - inside of the room. Great price!
The location of this place - rather far to walk from the nearest subway stations - appr. 10-15 minutes, difficult to find it for the first time. Also the nearest stations are not suitable for further trip to the city - need to change the line on next station anyway in most of cases. It's cold inside of the room in winter season - needs to use air-conditioner as a heater, but the floor remains cold anyway and wind blows from the closed window.

A real pleasure to stay in a proper family-run hotel. The owners take an interest in the guests and I cannot fault the hotel. They will really help you out. Great location in the suburb of Tokyo with approx 10min walk to useful metro station(s). You also get to experience the real, comfortable Japanese futon/tatami.
Nothing. Although the taxi drivers really do need the instructions from their website!

I had an amazing experience at a charming inn in Tokyo. The room was clean and comfortable, with traditional Japanese style. The neighborhood was quiet and delightful to explore, giving me a genuine taste of everyday life in Japan. The inn staff, especially the Saiko family, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel like a cherished guest in their home. The location was also convenient, with train stations and local eateries nearby. I highly recommend this inn for an authentic and enjoyable stay in Tokyo!

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. They offered good advice on sightseeing and were particularly helpful about our journey to the airport at the end of our stay. A relaxed and friendly atmosphere, which made it easy to meet other travellers. We did some joint sightseeing and restaurant visiting with a family we met at breakfast. Comfortable room, with good facilities (its own shower and toilet, separate from each other), and a very good penthouse bath.

The people at Family Inn Saiko were incredibly welcoming and friendly. It was in a quiet and interesting residential neighbourhood, which gave a different perspective on Tokyo. The location was reasonably convenient for train and local food and shops. Nearby Ikebukuro is a main transport hub, which made it easy to reach many other parts of Tokyo. The futons were comfortable, and the accommodation was simple but pleasant.

Friendly staff, perfect english, nothing to complain about. Room was quite spacy and very nice, with new tatami. Only thing you may find difficult is location, thats why this hotel is cheaper than most in toukyou. Hotel staff sent me a message once I booked the room, full of useful info in english which itself is a rare case. Thank you, I really enjoyed my one night stay!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, everything was spotless. The hotel facilities were perfect for our needs. The location in a nice and quiet neighborhood was exactly what we were looking for. Being near the station was so convenient for exploring the city. And the staff were the best part of our experience. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and made us feel like part of their family.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

This hotel in a very quiet district is perfect for those who don't like noise at night. It is located in a charming neighborhood, with lots of local dining spots nearby. The staff is incredibly attentive and the rooms are tastefully decorated with typical Japanese furniture, creating a cozy and authentic atmosphere. I also loved the little homey touches and the comfortable futon beds. Breakfast included fruit, which was a delightful addition.
Everything was great!
